The following items are taken from Crystal Lake Police Department records.

Drug possession

A 19-year-old woman, of the 1700 block of Louisville Lane, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor Oct. 25.

A 21-year-old man, of the first block of Clover Drive, was charged with possession of cannabis Nov. 7.

A 24-year-old man, of the 1600 block of Carlemont Drive, was charged with possession of cannabis Nov. 9.

Warrant

A 21-year-old man, of the 1500 block of Hollytree Lane, was arrested Nov. 11 for an outstanding warrant out of McHenry County for a sex offender registration offense.

A 30-year-old man, of the 1300 block of Ivy Lane, was arrested Nov. 4 for an outstanding warrant out of McHenry County for battery. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license.

A 30-year-old man, of the 2000 block of Berkshire Circle, Carpentersville, was arrested Nov. 6 for an outstanding warrant out of Carpentersville for failure to appear in court on a charge of not having a valid driver’s license. He was also charged on that date with not having a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no headlights when required and possession of a fraudulent ID card.

DUI

A 30-year-old man, of the 500 block of Kensington Drive, McHenry, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level of more than .08 percent, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding a stop sign, failure to exercise due care, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, improper lane usage, unsafe tires, no headlights when required, and fleeing and attempting to elude a peace officer Nov. 6.

A 40-year-old woman, of the 200 block of Brink Street, Harvard, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended Nov. 8. She was also arrested for an outstanding warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court.

Battery

A 28-year-old man, of the 1400 block of Skyridge Drive, was charged with aggravated battery, unlawful use of a weapon and mob action Nov. 7.

A 39-year-old woman, of the 1400 block of Candlewood Drive, was charged with battery Nov. 12.
