Marjie Jobes is a retired kindergarten teacher and longtime Grayslake resident who founded a ministry called Elijah’s Mantle, which provides clothes, coats & shoes to underprivileged children. Elijah’s Mantle is now in its seventh year at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Grayslake and has helped hundreds of families receive clothing for their children at no cost.
