What: St. Baldrick’s is the world’s largest volunteer-driven fundraising event for Childhood Cancer Research. Thousands of volunteers shave their heads in solidarity for children with cancer, while requesting donations of support from family, friends, and local businesses.
The event is open and free to the community; funds will be raised by volunteers shaving their heads, through food and drink purchases, raffle tickets and through a silent auction.
When: Friday, March 12, 2010
Registration starts at 6:00 p.m.
Event begins at 7:00 p.m. with shaving starting at 8:00 p.m.
Bone Marrow Donor Drive & Registration 6-10 p.m. ~ A simple saliva-swab can determine if you can help save a life!
