The Church of St. Benedict will hold this years festival, compete with yard sales and craft booths, on Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The festival was designed to meet the specific needs of the Bolingbrook community and features individual yard sales, craft booths, and direct merchant offerings. More than 60 individual spaces will be filled with something for everyone.
The festival will also feature a concession area featuring breakfast, lunch and snack items; hourly drawings for prizes donated by local businesses; a silent auction featuring golf packages and autographed photos of Cubs and Sox players; a bake sale; and opportunities for prayer and meditation, including an indoor labyrinth!
While the festival is primarily an outdoor function, large portions will be under canopies and tents, and activities will also be located inside the church building. This festival is scheduled to be held rain or shine and admission is free!
The Church of St. Benedict is located at 909 Lily Cache Lane in Bolingbrook, just north of Jane Addams Middle School.
