A 54-year-old Bolingbrook man was charged with disorderly conduct and littering upon a public highway after he yelled out his car window and threw a full water bottle at the victim’s vehicle Aug. 30, Darien police said. The man was issued citations at the scene at 75th and Plainfield Road about 11 a.m.
