Senate Republican Leader Christine Radogno Addresses Batavia Women in Business, Community Leadership Series Continues and Woofbeach Opens…
Amongst the various events planned for February by the Batavia Chamber of Commerce, even Fido will bark his approval for at least one.
Woofbeach, one of Batavia’s newest businesses, formally opens its doors to canines and their owners at a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting event on Saturday, February 11 beginning at 11:00 a.m. Located at 1840 Mill Street in Batavia, owners Eric and Christina Wilson will give the first 30 people who bring their dog a free leash, collar and nail trim. There is no charge to join other influential tail-waggers in welcoming Woofbeach to Batavia.
The following week, the Chamber’s focus shifts to a completely different group of influencers, Batavia Women in Business. One of the most influential women in Illinois political circles speaks to the gathering at their bimonthly luncheon on Tuesday, February 14. Illinois Senate Republican Leader Christine Radogno will discuss her life in public service at Lincoln Inn Banquets,
1345 S. Batavia Avenue. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and the event costs $25 for Chamber and/or Batavia Women in Business members and $30 for nonmembers.
