Friends Fur-Ever Festival Part II

THE Family Event For Anyone With A Pet Or Looking To Adopt A Pet Saturday, September 18th, 2010 In conjunction with the DuPage Convalescent Center’s Fall Festival Dog Walk: 10:30 a.m. ~ Festival: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Registration Open at 9 a.m. DCACC Shelter 120 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton

All proceeds from this event directly benefit DCACC’s homeless and unwanted pets. Festival General Admission & Parking are FREE! Sadly, our June 12th Friends Fur-Ever Festival was cancelled due to severe weather. But the Festival must go on! Join us for a “Take Two” to be held in conjunction with the DuPage Convalescent Center’s Annual Fall Festival and help us raise funds and find homes for our homeless pets!

We’re honored to welcome back the Chicago Rush players and Adrenaline Rush Dancers who will be hosting children’s activities. Some of the exciting things you’ll find at the Friends Fur-Ever Festival include: – 1-Mile dog walk to start the day off on the rigt paw – earn pledges and win prizes! – Dozens of rescues and shelters with dogs, cats & small animals available for adoption – Dozens of vendors showcasing pet products, pet services and more! – Raffles – Children’s activities with members of the Chicago Rush players and dancers – Microchip Clinic – FREE with a donation of any size – DuPage County Animal Care & Control Open House – Special gift for DCACC adoption alums and their families – Enjoy Food, Bake Sale, Craft Sale, Entertainment & Games at the Fall Festival!
