The Hunger Games is the featured novel in this year's One Book One Barrington community reading event at the Barrington Area Library.

"One Book One Barrington" is the Barrington Area Library's annual community reading event. This year's book selection is popular novel, "The Hunger Games," by Suzanne Collins. Whether you're a big fan of the book or reading it for the first time, join us in discussing Collins' dystopian world and the heroic efforts of its teenage protagonists at Cook Street Coffee, 100 E. Station Street in downtown Barrington. Bring some friends, grab a hot cup of something delicious and a sweet snack, and let's talk "The Hunger Games" on Friday, February 24, from 2-3:30 PM. Stop by on your way home from BHS! So we have enough seating, please register for this free event on our Web site: http://www.barringtonarealibrary.org/evanced/lib0/eventsignup.asp?ID=11014

If you can't make it on February 24, we have two other book discussions planned. Check out the full schedule of events at: http://www.balibrary.org/OBOB
