This class is designed for the new mother shortly after the baby is born. Moms and baby attend this class which includes infant development, mother and infant adjustment, post partum care and nutrition. Please bring baby in the stroller for your convenience and comfort. Mothers are encouraged to ask questions and to meet other new mothers. Please register for this class AFTER the baby is born. This class is free to mothers who have taken the Newborn Basics class.
