The family will love this event! We park dozens of “Big Trucks” in the parking lot at Ron Beese Park and then open them up for children to climb in and explore! Fire engines, big semis, dump trucks and more will be on hand to help your children have fun while learning about each truck, watching demonstrations, and climbing behind the wheel. Enjoy delicious food from Tropi- cal Smoothie Cafe, compete in big wheel races, have fun on the inflatable slide, and listen to great live music. Music from The Runaways features 50s, 60s, and 70s rock and classic hits. The Runaways offers this blend of dashboard music with a high-energy show packed with a variety of classics and oldies. Big Wheel races begin from 10:30am–12:30pm; live music from The Runaways from 10:30am–12:30pm This event is hosted by the Barrington Park District, Village of Barrington, and the Barrington Fire Department. This event is for all ages and costs $2 per person at the gate.
