ARRESTS

A 20-year-old Aurora man was charged with a variety of offenses following an arrest at 3:49 p.m. on Feb. 20 in the 1000 block of Jericho Road. The suspect was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances and possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis.

A 21-year-old Aurora man was charged with driving while intoxicated, improper traffic lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle following an arrest at 2:25 a.m. in the 2900 block of East New York Street.

A 27-year-old Batavia man was charged with a variety of offenses following an arrest at 11 a.m. on Feb. 21 in the 600 block of East Benton Street. The suspect was charged with possession of cannabis, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration, driving on a suspended license and disregarding a stop sign.

A 30-year-old Aurora woman was charged with obstructing identification following an arrest at 5 a.m. on Feb. 18 in the 2400 block of North Farnsworth Avenue.

A 28-year-old Aurora woman was charged with disregarding a traffic signal and driving on a suspended/revoked license following an arrest at 3:46 a.m. on Feb. 21 near the intersection of North Lake and Spruce streets.

A 23-year-old Aurora man was charged with failure to give signal, having no driver’s license/permit and operating an uninsured vehicle following an arrest at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 in the 500 block of Rosewood Avenue.

A 26-year-old Sandwich man was charged with possession of controlled substances following an arrest at 8:50 p.m. on Feb. 20 in the 700 block of North Lincoln Avenue.

A 27-year-old Aurora woman was charged with speeding and having no driver’s license/permit following an arrest at 7:56 a.m. on Feb. 20 near the intersection of Liberty Street and Asbury Drive.

A 26-year-old Aurora man was charged with speeding and having no driver’s license/permit following an arrest at 10:22 a.m. on Feb. 19 near the intersection of Front Street and North Farnsworth Avenue.

THEFT

A gold 1996 Chevrolet Blazer valued at $600 was reported stolen while parked on a street near the intersection of Palace and Plum streets between 10 p.m. on Feb. 18 and 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 19. The owner had attended a party in the area and the vehicle had a dented and taped bumper and cracked windshield.

An Apple iPhone valued at $600 was reported stolen from a counter at a medical facility in the 1600 block of Montgomery Road about 12:05 p.m. on Feb. 21. The phone was placed on a counter and the owner stepped away to attend to other business. When she returned, the phone was missing.
