TribLocal High School Player of the Month
The High School Player of The Month contest is underway. St. Charles Toyota and TribLocal have teamed up to recognize student athletes and make donations to local schools. Contest sponsor St. Charles Toyota will make a monetary donation to the winner’s school and the athlete will be honored Voting ends at 9 p.m. Feb. 16. Registered users may vote once every 24 hours.

Connor Flexman
Connor Flexman has been a prize student-athlete at Elgin Academy. Academically, he boasts a 4.0 GPA. He is also our student council president. Athletically, Flexman excels just as much. This basketball season Flexman is averaging 20 points per game this year and is closing in on the 1,000 point club. Flexman is the model of a successful student athlete, able to balance a hectic AP class schedule along with a highly demanding basketball schedule.
