This program is designed to offer the most effective self-protection techniques for women in realistic assault situations. This course teaches women the physical skills and techniques necessary to defend themselves and escape violent encounters. This is an interactive class where the participants practice full-force techniques on a fully padded instructor under a very controlled environment. Students must complete level I to participate in level II. The cost for this class is $75.
