The Emmons School District Board of Education will be holding a Town Hall meeting for all District residents on Tuesday, September 14th from 7pm – 8:30pm in the Tabar Gymnasium.  This is a chance for all District residents to learn more about the role of the Board in shaping District policy and vision.  The evening will be moderated by Ms. Barbara Toney, Field Services Director for the Illinois Association of School Boards; it will include updates on all Board of Education committee activity and the goals the Board has established for the 2010-11 school year.  Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the Board and District administration.
